We are looking for a LTSCP Director, GSC International to make an impact!
Mission (About the Role)
This role supports Power Product BU and will be SPOC for GSC International in charge of coordinating discussion with BU league, global Strategy Leader and GSC Int. operations mgt. It will be accountable of overall industrial lifecycle management, manufacturing roadmap (including localization/regionalization/NPI), BCP, MoB, technical productivity (QVE/COS/localization) , Capacity, Capex, CSC to insure profitable growth.
What will you do?
Industrial Strategy
- Global BU/ Global SCD leader / GSC mgt alignment on overall strategy and translate it for local context
- Define and drive medium- and long-term industrial Plan for the GSC Int. factories involved, including 3 years transformation, roadmap and project to execute in order to drive optimization, efficiency and customer experience
- Be the SPOC to BU and global strategy team to launch new initiative and projects
Support business growth
- Responsible for end to end product portfolio manufactured in GSC Int. covering Business priorities, process/product capacity, and performance including quality and delivery
- Track operations performance and maintain benchmark with other region and ensure that actions are in place to sustain and optimize to Process and operations
- Lead industrial feasibility and support management alignment to prioritize and open new projects
- Propose and initiate action to simplify flows, work process whenever possible to deliver lean, agile and profitable supply chain
Function talent and competency
- Develop network and continuously coach project manager to build a strong pipeline of talent to support SC deployment activities
- Work with PMO, and all the industrialization & technology team to develop a strong and motivated supply chain deployment team focused on delivering quality, on budget, on time action and agile mindset
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree or above in manufacturing engineering or tooling engineering
- 10+ years (min. 8 yrs) of experience operation management, process management and project management with management role
- Experience in Lean manufacturing, technoloqy
- Strong leadership skill to work as functional position
- Good business and financial acumen and experience in Experience in multi country /zone technology management and development.
- Global overview of current and future technology
- Experience in industrialization ( part/process) and technology and problem solving tools,
- Ability to synthetize and structure data in a meaning full manner
