Digital Platform Intern (Mty, N.L.)

What will you do?

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to the GSC team, focusing on applications related to GSC catalogs and mainly assisting the Procurement and Planning team.
  • Help users with platform access and resolve issues through ServiceNow and GSC-related systems.
  • Assist in ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
  • Participate in onboarding training sessions and learn how digital tools enable global supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with local team members while interacting with global stakeholders on recurring topics.


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn digital platforms and supply chain processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, global environment.
  • Location: Mty HUB (Punto Valle)
  • Hybrid scheme.

Who will you report to?
  • You'll report to the GSC Application Leader for Mexico.
  • Work closely with the local GSC team mainly Procurement and Planning, while interacting with global stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Systems, Engineering, IT, or related field.
