Digital Modernisation Offer Manager - UK&I (LV Distribution & Digital Services)
The Digital Modernisation Offer Manager is responsible for owning, developing, and scaling Schneider Electric's EcoFit™ modernisation portfolio including Life Extension, Replacement, and digital service attachments such as EcoCare, across the MV/LV installed base.
This role drives modernisation adoption, expands digital services penetration, and maximises lifecycle value for customers transitioning to a low-carbon, connected, data-driven electrical distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
Offer Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Own the full Digital Modernisation portfolio (EcoFit™ Life Extension, EcoFit™ Replacement, digital retrofit and monitoring capabilities).
- Define and maintain the value proposition, target segments, pricing strategy, competitive differentiation, and portfolio roadmap.
- Drive simplification and scalability of the offer to address multiple customer types (industrial, commercial buildings, infrastructure, utilities).
- Govern offer master data across ERP, configurators, and tendering tools, ensuring accurate descriptions, SKU status, mappings to legacy products, and correct bundling rules (e.g., EcoFit + EcoCare).
- Ensure modernisation and digital retrofit offers are fully visible and available in sales/tendering systems.
- Align digital attachment strategy across UK&I Business Units to drive EcoCare and digital sensor adoption.

Business Growth & Sales Enablement
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to grow modernisation revenue and digital services attachment (PME, EcoStruxure Asset Advisor, EcoCare).
- Drive execution of Services Commercial Policy and modernisation bundles.
- Provide sales teams with training, playbooks, pitch materials, competitive insights, and customer documentation.
- Lead demand generation with Sales, Services Marketing, Segments, Channels, and MarComs to convert installed base opportunities and drive external MarCom campaigns for awareness and lead generation (LV/MV switchgear, transformers, breakers, sensors, SMDs, data aggregators).
- Partner with Sales Ops, Global Services, and Finance on KPIs, dashboards, attach rate performance, and margin improvement.
- Collaborate with the Global Services team to ensure EcoFit offers are costed competitively and to support new offer launches.
Customer and Market Engagement:
- Identify and prioritize top modernisation opportunities through installed base data and local market insights.
- Act as the subject matter expert for modernisation strategy in customer meetings, partner events, and industry forums.
- Lead customer education on modernisation drivers such as safety improvements, reliability & business continuity and circularity.
- Engage with key customers to shape modernisation masterplan and multiyear upgrade strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Global Services, EcoFit Centres, Supply Chain, Tendering, Order Management, Services Ops, and Digital Services teams to secure offer readiness and execution.
- Work across relevant BU's in the UK&I Zone to manage End-of-Life transitions and migrate ranges into the EcoFit Services portfolio.
- Portfolio Governance & Compliance
- Ensure alignment with Schneider's sustainability and circularity principles.
- Maintain cybersecurity compliance for connected equipment and cloud-enabled solutions.
- Keep all offer documentation updated and ensure global content is localised for the UK&I market.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems (LV/MV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays).
- Familiarity with industrial digitalization technologies, including IoT sensors, monitoring devices, SCADA, power quality meters, gateways, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of modernization concepts: retrofits, replacements, digital retrofitting, condition-based maintenance, lifecycle assessments.
- Experience in offer/portfolio management within electrical, industrial, or digital solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build commercial models and differentiate premium digital services.
- Proven track record driving sales growth and supporting commercial teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Structured, analytical, customer-centric mindset.
- Strong project management capability.
