Overview
The Digital Grid Marketplace Offer Manager will lead the definition, development, and commercial success of the Digital Grid Marketplace. This role is responsible for building a framework for scalable Use Case development and commercialization; this framework will leverage first party Schneider Electric products and will be supported by high-value Schneider Electric services and an ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors to deliver key outcomes to Digital Grid's customer base.
This role will also be accountable for shaping the Digital Grid Marketplace's business strategy, and supporting direction for the One Digital Grid Platform's embrace of third parties in its ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product management, partner ecosystem leadership, and commercial acumen, with a strong ability to learn from and influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $170,000 - $190,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities
Use‑Case Strategy and Offer Definition
- Define scalable strategy for building and commercializing Digital Grid use‑cases.
- Translate customer insights and partner capabilities into structured offer requirements and value propositions.
- Construct the end‑to‑end offer lifecycle, including planning, definition, continuous refinement, and retirement.
ISV Ecosystem Development and Scale
- Support Digital Grid Transformation Strategy in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling ISV partners to integrate their applications into the Digital Grid Marketplace.
- Support Digital Grid Product Strategy in establishing and managing joint pilots, solution validation activities, and commercial enablement programs.
Platform Roadmap and Integration Alignment
- Contribute to the Digital Grid platform roadmap, ensuring marketplace requirements are represented.
- As needed, refine integration criteria, technical expectations, and operational standards for ISV onboarding.
- Partner with R&D, architecture, and operations teams to align marketplace capabilities with broader platform evolution.
Business Case, Pricing, and GTM Leadership
- Own the marketplace business model, including financial modeling, pricing strategy, and commercial constructs.
- Develop the marketplace go‑to‑market plan, incorporating segmentation, launch strategy, and channel alignment.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and regional teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics, leading actions that optimize revenue, margin, partner quality, and customer value.

Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in product management, offer management, or platform ecosystem roles.
- Strong background working with software partners, developer ecosystems, or cloud‑based platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑stakeholder environments with clarity, influence, and executive presence.
- Ability to translate customer needs into structured product requirements and commercial models.
- Experience building business cases, pricing strategies, and GTM execution plans.
Preferred
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or grid‑technology sectors.
- Familiarity with marketplaces, app stores, or multi‑sided platform business models.
- Technical understanding of software integration, APIs, and cloud architectures.
Success Profile
- Strategic thinker who operates with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong relationship builder with ISVs, markets, and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable owning end‑to‑end responsibilities from concept to commercial execution.
