Role objective
The Partner Channel Manager is a supporting member of the DG Partner Success Organization and will work in collaboration with the regional Partner Success Manager to achieve win results for Schneider Electric AND the DG Partner. The Partner Channel Manager will co-lead the deployment of the DG Partner Charter in the region and own the commercial relationship to DG Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Partner Orders Growth according to agreed targets.
- Coordinate at account level with DG, Front Office Sales, and Tendering.
- Act as the "Voice of DG" within the partner organization.
- Partner Selection & Landing
- Align with DG Commercial Head on a partner strategy consistent with regional objectives, including number and names of partners by category, offer, geography, and customer segment.
- Coordinate with DG Sales, Front Office Sales, and RSCs to refine partner profiles and introduce newly identified DG partners.
- Support delivery of DG offer value propositions and the DG Partner Program benefits.
- Rationalize the current partner base and select new partners to fill Go-To-Market gaps.
- Business Plan Definition and Follow-Up
- Define, update, and monitor a business plan for each DG partner in the region.
- Understand partner long-term goals and increase DG market share within their portfolio.
- Coordinate account-level plans including go-to-market strategy, DG technology plays, and pipeline development actions.
- Create 3-year business plans with DG partners, defining ambitions for regional markets.
Collaborate with Partner Success Manager on enablement plans and co-investment requirements.
- Commercial Enablement Delivery
- Identify and maintain relationships with key commercial resources of each DG partner.
- Leverage DG Partner Program curriculum and content to plan enablement programs.
- Work with DG stakeholders (Sales, Tendering, Product Management, System Architects) to deliver enablement initiatives.
- Maintain awareness among partner commercial teams on new offers and updates.
- Commercial Success of DG Partners
- Lead commercial discussions during DG partner cadences organized by Partner Success Manager.
- Monitor business results, push partners to achieve agreed goals, and escalate support when needed.
- Document monthly progress and conduct quarterly business reviews with DG Commercial Regional Head.
- Support DG partner business development activities, including sales of DG Software, ARR, and services.
- Assist with RFI/RFP processes and coordinate with DG Regional Tendering.
- Actively manage DG partner pipeline in Salesforce (BFO).
- Resolve issues between DG and partners during preselling and selling processes.
- Contribution to DG Partner Strategy & Program Improvement
- Provide feedback to the DG Partner Program Director for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across the Partner Success Organization and other regions on tactical and strategic actions.

Education, Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, business or a related filed
- +10 to 15, years Prior experience in Sales Management, Partner Sales, Channel Enablement, Channel Marketing and/or Channel Development for Software or/and Services company.
Experience in line of business environment.
- Knowledge of Utilities Industry and Customers
- Good legal and contractual understanding covering Commercial rights.
- Technologically savvy and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS is preferred
- English : Proficient
