The Data Manager & Install Base Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the accuracy of service-related data across platforms. The role includes tracking installed base (IB), coordinating events with India marketing teams, and ensuring high-quality master data for all service offers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Install Base (IB) Data Management
  • Track, update, and maintain accurate data related to installed base across business divisions
  • Ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency for all service portfolios.
  • Support analytics, reporting, and insights related to IB for business decision-making.
  1. Event Management & Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and support marketing events in collaboration with local marketing teams.
  • Execute pre-event and post-event tasks, including logistics, communication, and lead capture.
  • Ensure effective participation in regional events to maximize service offer visibility.
  1. Master Data Management
  • Manage and maintain correct product codes for all service offers in the master data system.
  • Ensure timely updates, corrections, and alignment of product codes with global and regional standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve data quality processes.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Service operations, sales and MARCOM team etc.)
  • Basic understanding of service portfolios and product structures
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools (preferred)

A bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in data management, event coordination, or related roles
  • Experience with master data systems or ERP environments is an advantage
