Purpose of the Role:
Lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across multiple manufacturing plants/campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations while delivering a world-class workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IFM operations including Housekeeping, Canteen/Food Services, Transport, Utilities, Security, Horticulture/Garden Maintenance, Pest Control, Waste & Scrap Management, Office Administration, and Soft & Hard FM services.
Drive operational excellence through strong governance, SOP implementation, audits, service level management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable statutory, legal, EHS, fire & life safety, labor, and facility compliance requirements.

Manage utility operations including electrical, HVAC, DG, water, compressed air, STP/WTP, firefighting systems, and critical infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
Lead annual budgeting, cost optimization, productivity improvements, energy conservation, and value engineering initiatives to achieve measurable cost savings.
Oversee material management, inventory control, critical spares, procurement coordination, and vendor performance management.
Build and lead high-performing teams, including in-house employees and outsourced partners, while driving capability development and a strong performance culture.
Manage multiple plant/campus operations simultaneously with standardized governance and performance reporting.
Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.
Drive sustainability initiatives, workplace improvements, digitalization, and innovation across facility operations.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics). Postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) will be an added advantage.
15-20 years of relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large manufacturing plants or multi-site operations.
Proven experience in handling large teams, service partners, and multi-location facility operations.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, facility regulations, EHS, labor laws, fire safety, and utility management.
Demonstrated success in cost optimization, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Competencies: Strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, financial acumen, vendor governance, crisis management, change leadership, and continuous improvement mindset.
