Job Description:

Deputy Manager - Switchgear Training Centre

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting various technical programs as faculty for our customers as well as internal employees
  2. Expanding customer base, maintaining relationship with existing customer, understanding training requirement from customer and offering training solution accordingly
  3. Explain product USPs, explaining & demonstrating various solution to visiting customers and offer technical support to customer facing team
  4. Understand customer requirement & offer technical guide to customers and helping our organization in creating/enhancing technical image of our brand
  5. Design and development of new training module as per customer's need, product management team's need, current technology trend in industry etc.
  6. Improvising existing training programs as per new products and technology upgradation
  7. Design and development of innovative test setup, demonstration setup for demonstrating product USPs & hands-on training sessions
  8. Increase brand reach and maintain/improve relation with existing customer through training events.
  9. To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.) for improving & maintaining complete training centre infrastructure.

Education

B.E - Electrical / EEE with 3 to 5 years of experience in Switchgear industry
