Deputy Manager - Service Engineer - Agri - Delhi

This position will be based at Delhi handling North region for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt Ltd.)

Position: Deputy Manager - Service Engineer - Agri - Delhi

Experience Range: 3- 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Agri Service Operations Management (Zone Level)

• Responsible for managing all Agri customer service complaints across the assigned zone.
• Ensure complaint closure within the defined turnaround time of 23 hours or less.
• Maintain customer feedback coverage of minimum 40%.
• Achieve and sustain NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 95%.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of Agri digital products.
• DARE (Digital Agri Retrofitting initiative) Network Development

• Identify and recruit new DARE partners.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Provide onboarding, technical training, and capability development support.
• Service Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Plan and conduct field service camps to enhance customer outreach and service support.
• Organize and participate in Bazar Day activities to promote products and services.
• Conduct electrician training programs to improve product awareness and service capability.
• Channel Partner Management

• Regular visits to stockists to ensure service alignment, business growth, and relationship management.
• Conduct dealer visits to drive customer satisfaction, product support, and business development.
• Agri Digital Business Growth

• Drive sales, adoption, and service support for Agri digital products.
• Identify business opportunities and support digital product expansion within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners and customers to increase digital product penetration and utilization.
