Deputy Manager / Manager - Product Management & Marketing
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
1. Develop & maintain a product development roadmap for LV Switchboard to ensure to meet set targets of OI & GM
2. Drive & Co-ordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and other various functions to meet targets set as per Product Roadmap & Cost optimization drives.
3. Act as technical SME for LV Offerings and support front end team in optimizing offers & solutions; Job Role Demands understanding of Low Voltage Switchboard, Customer, Competitors, Strength, Opportunities and Create Product Battlecard.
4. Provide technical presentation/webinar to prospective clients; Gather VOC and build/update product roadmap based on these.
5. Ensure Agility, Safety, Sustainability & Reliability in offering of the LV Equipment and Solutions. Drive innovation in offerings & solutions.
Key Competencies:
1. Functional
a. Technical knowledge of LV switchboard & switchgear standards, regulations & safety requirements.
b. Market Analysis & Project Management knowledge
c. Customer Focused, Innovation Management and Agile methodologies.
d. Financial acumen with proposal / tendering background is added advantage.
2. Behavioural
a. Adaptability | Resilience
b. Problem-Solving | Stakeholder Management skills
c. Influence & Persuasion skills
d. Continuous Learning

Education & Background:
1. B.E. - Electrical
2. Any marketing / management degree (will be added advantage)
3. 3-6 years of experience in relevant industry
