Position Title: Deputy Manager - Procurement
Work Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-7 yrs
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Production)
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
- Responsible for procurement and planning of Raw Material to support the production as per schedule. Planning of material as per M1 and M2 schedule.
- Development of parts with vendor, Initiate RFQ, Purchase Orders & follow-up Involve in Part approval process along with Engineering & Quality.
- Responsible for DWM in complete Procure to Pay cycle , mainly timely PO, Follow up, Schedule Adherence & timely escalation with right people.
- Ability to deal effectively with Cross functional team and internal ,external Stakeholders.
- Driving De-Risking , rationalize supplier base , NPI, etc as per decided Strategy.
- Work closely with Team members for delivering desired results
Functional Competencies:
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process
- Hands on SAP - MM module.
- MS office, AI Skills, Data Handling.
- QMS & System Knowledge
