Deputy Manager - Digital Building Services Commercial

About the position

This position is for candidate responsible for end-to-end sales support, order management, MIS reporting, and Service Co-ordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure seamless commercial operations.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order flow.
  • Monitor and resolve order-related issues, ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Manage MIS dashboards for revenue, complaints, collections, and opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support including order booking, processing, and fulfillment.
  • Utilize SAP for GRN, contract creation/modification, and customer data management.
  • Analyze sales and service performance metrics including lead conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Support workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments like Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Managing post-booking validations to resolve billing challenges.
  • Develop dashboards for lead funnel analysis and team insights.
  • Managing WO, MTTRV, and pending contract reports.
  • Support branches with customer code creation and GST compliance.
  • Maintain organized folders and trackers for transparency.


Skills required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and order lifecycle.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

Qualification
  • Com/M.Com with 5+ years of work experience
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SAP Software
