Job Title : Deputy Manager - Design & Development (PCB design)
Experience - 3 -6 years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics (ECE / EEE)
Location: Mysore
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop PCB layouts for Smart meters, ensuring compliance with design standards and manufacturing requirements
- Work on high-speed PCB design, power supply PCB design, and RF circuit layouts
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure schematic-to-layout accuracy
- Perform signal integrity analysis and utilize simulation tools for design validation
- Optimize PCB designs for mass manufacturing, considering cost, reliability, and scalability
- Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) checks, Maintain design documentation and version control
Functional Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of PCB layout design principles
- Familiarity with high-speed PCB design and power supply design
- Familiarity with RF circuit PCB design
- Basic understanding of signal integrity, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management
- Knowledge of simulation tools for PCB analysis
- Understanding of IPC standards and PCB stack-up design
- Familiarity with design for mass production and cost optimization
- Ability to interpret and implement schematics, BOM, and mechanical constraints
