Deputy General Manager - EV Charging Solutions - NEL

Position - DGM - EV Charging Solution - NEL

Location - Kolkata

Key Responsibilities -

1. Market Analysis: Understanding of Market Requirements, Customer profiling, identifying key value propositions for various customers/segments, track competitor offerings and their strengths & weaknesses and strategies to mitigate.

2. Techno-Commercial: The candidate should be able to assess the techno-commercial terms, identify risks and should be able to discuss and close deals with customers with approval of top management and working in close coordination with channel partners

3. New product introduction and sales:
- New product launch in the market
- New product approvals with Automobile OEMs, Charge Point Operators, Fleet Operators, Utilities, Consultants and End Users
- Feedback from customers for product stabilization & variant development

4. Channel Development
- Identify channel partners with relevant experience in supply, installation, testing and commissioning
- Develop and train channel partners to meet all safety and best industry practices

5. Customer Support:
- Effective post sales customer support through network of service engineers, ASCs and CPs
- Troubleshooting through digital and site visits
- Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
