DCBJ Quality Engineer

• Establish warehouse quality fundamentals, and promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives related to the logistics center.
• Manage warehouse inventory checks, operational compliance, and other relevant work.
• Be responsible for quality management work at the Beijing Logistics Center, such as conducting 8D analysis on shipment defects and driving problem resolution.
• Implement preventive management for operational processes, including PFMEA assessment, formulation of preventive measures, and process quality acceptance.
• Collect customer feedback (Voice of Customer) and drive internal continuous improvement and problem-solving.

资格

• Basic knowledge of relevant quality tools, such as PFMEA, 8D, Quality Fundamental, Kaizen, etc.
• Strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm; able to proactively lead relevant departments in quality control work and actively assist other departments in daily tasks.
• Work resilience and continuous learning ability.
