DCBJ Operation Manager
Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, focusing on safety & compliance, quality improvement, on-time delivery, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction to ensure stable and efficient operation.
2. Manage overall team operations, including skills training, performance appraisal, and on-site supervision, to improve team execution and stability. Establish and improve the talent development mechanism.
3. Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments including procurement, production, sales and transportation team, manage cross-departmental collaboration in complex scenarios, and ensure a smooth supply chain.
4. Conduct process optimization and lean management, continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement, upgrade operational processes and management models to elevate overall operational capabilities.

5. Be familiar with and oversee the application of logistics automation equipment and intelligent technologies, including automated warehouses, AMR robots, AI applications and other intelligent equipment and system.
6. Implement safety management, on-site 5S management and compliance requirements.
7. Manage the full lifecycle of logistics investment and improvement projects, conduct cost-benefit analysis and control project progress, quality and risks.
资格
Requirements
1. Bachelor ' s degree or above, major in logistics management, supply chain, warehouse operation or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management in medium to large-scale enterprises.
3. Proficient in end-to-end warehouse operation management, and skilled in using WMS, ERP and other warehouse management systems.
4. Strong on-site management, process optimization, and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Good customer service mindset, cost awareness, planning and execution abilities, able to drive operational efficiency improvement through data analysis.
6. Familiar with safety production regulations, labor regulations, with strong risk prevention awareness.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, high resilience, strong execution and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to the on-site working rhythm of the warehouse.
8. Able to use English as a working language for daily communication, cross-team coordination.
