What will you do:
- Data Migration : Experience in data extraction, upload to SAP S4 HANA, and data reconciliation.
- Technical Expertise : Proficiency with S4 HANA Migration Cockpit, Informatica, Oracle database, PL/SQL development, and UNIX scripting.
- System Understanding : Knowledge of overall system landscape, including upstream and downstream systems.
- Software Development Life Cycle : Involvement in requirement analysis, effort estimation, solution design, development, code review, and testing.
- Project Management : Ensuring defect-free and on-time delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Leadership : Leading brainstorming sessions, guiding team members, and ensuring quality control.
- Process Improvement : Establishing standard processes and promoting team collaboration.
- Data Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data throughout the migration process.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and any issues encountered along with their resolutions.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on data migration tools and processes.
- Performance Optimization : Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of data migration activities.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure all data migration activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and security standards.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in the data migration process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data migration and propose innovative solutions to improve current practices.

Qualification:
- Education : Graduate Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or equivalent.
- Experience : 8-11 years in data migration using Informatica Tool , with specific experience in SAP ( S4 HANA Migration Cockpit)
