Your Role:
Reporting to the Data & Analytics Director, you establish and maintain effective data management in your area, ensuring data governance.
You implement quality processes and data usage to support GSC Europe in its digital transformation strategy.
You ensure the skill development of GSC Europe in managing data within your area.
Your Missions:
- Establish and strengthen data governance rules in your area. Define data standards, data quality rules, and ensure legal compliance in data usage.
- Support the GSC Europe organization and data managers, data analysts, and IT teams in analyzing data-related issues and ensure that data is managed effectively.
- Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in your area. Monitor data quality and create new data quality rules by implementing data cleaning and validation processes.
- Oversee the entire data lifecycle for your area.
- Innovate by identifying opportunities to implement new technologies in your area of expertise. Stay updated on emerging technologies, data analysis techniques, and visualization tools to enhance data management.
- Coordinate projects for implementing new tools and processes within your community regarding allocated resources.
- Support the transformation of the Supply Chain towards new Supply Chain models.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree (BAC +5) specialized in data management (IT) or engineering degree with experience in this field.
- Knowledge in data management.
- Knowledge in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Project management knowledge.
- Proficient in English (read, written, spoken).
Your Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP & WMS
- Ability to influence and collaborate in an international environment
- Excellent communication and functional facilitation skills
