Cyber Security Architect - Team Leader (Professional)
Job Description:
Schneider Digital Ecostruxure technology team is working closely with the Energy Management & Industrial Automation is building the next generation of a fully integrated Platform as a Service (PaaS) for IoT on the Edge and on the Cloud. This platform creates new business and technology capabilities for the group to develop Internet of Things enabled offers and grow Digital Services, to support our customers in their efficiency and sustainability challenges.
The team operates as an agile organization, focused on efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
All services, offers, technological platforms, are hosted and operated Azure Environment and make an extensive use not only of IaaS services but also of PaaS/SaaS services.
With the number of cybersecurity threats growing and the need to have cybersecurity end to end approach into the platform, we need to grow our cybersecurity capabilities to reach & maintain the right cybersecurity level to protect our business and customers.
Reporting to the SecOps Manager, we are looking for a devsecops professional to reinforce the team.
The " SecOps " team operates following: 4 streams (incident management, Vulnerability management, External exposure & Cloud hardening)
Responsibilities & duties:
We are looking for a devops expert interested in security who would have a primary focus automation of our secops tooling. Optimize process and extend our security tools coverage
S/he would primarily Organize and run the devops activities for security team; with capacities to
- Maintain security infrastructure solution.
- DevOps foundations (Software delivery & Deployment Methodologies & Tools)
- Automation of Security Solutions deployement
- Design and implement best practices and blueprints.
- Provide adoption support to Dev Teams through consulting activities on our reference implementations.
- Maintain over the time delivered reference implementations.
- Define & Drive the mitigation/remediation thru the Ops Organization
- Collaborate with the corporate security department to align on the policies.
S/he going to be dotted line of the DevOps centrale team. And act as a bridge between the secops organization & the DevOps organization
(Qualys, Tenable, Prisma Cloud, Azure Sentinel, Defender for Cloud)
What will make you successful:
- E2E Vision : Complete understanding of Software delivery lifecycle from build to run activities
- Cloud : Azure Cloud (Certifications appreciated), AWS (With Rosetta stone is acceptable)
- CI-CD : Github (Yaml pipelines), Ansible.
- Observability : Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, Azure monitor (or equivalent)
- Container platforms : Docker, AKS (K8S) and alternatives (ACA...)
- Infrastructure as code : Terraform or OpenTofu
- Deployment management & Repositories structure: GitOps
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Unix Shell...
- Operating system: Windows & Linux
- Collaboration : JIRA, confluence, Github, Sharepoint
- Azure Policies and Guardrails
Experienced with PaaS/IaaS environments in Microsoft Azure, an experience is Landing Zone is a plus
Experience in a small/medium organization delivering services inside a large ecosystem would be a plus
Other skills:
- Experience of run phases to understand challenges related to transition with R&D.
- Very good communication skills to ease adoption of reference implementations
- Ability to guide / Influence the work of a team to improve their DevOps maturity
- Familiar with nonfunctional requirements: Logs, Backup, DRP, Resilient design ...
- Experience in agile project (Safe is a +)
- Golang is a + (Test automation)
- Proactive and autonomous
- Experience of international project / English: Professional
