About the Role (Mission)
The CXCT Adoption Leader East Asia will be the linking pin between the CXCT global upstream organization and the downstream Zone/Country operations teams. He/she acts as a funnel to ensure the operations have only one main stakeholder to sync up with, while dealing with a larger more complex CXCT organization in the background.
While the CXCT domains and enablers are accountable to deploy their tools and capabilities in the targeted markets, it's the CXCT Adoption Leader who defines the transversal strategic and tactical plan together with the Zone/Country operations teams, based on a deep understanding of the local market condition and needs. He/she will ensure the right selection of initiatives is made to ensure the highest success hit rate.
The CXCT Adoption Leader will bring the right global domain experts to the table to validate business & use cases and critical success factors to make any deployment a success. He/she will drive the required change management at Zone/Country level to ensure the operational transformation takes place and the country is ready to grow the adoption of global tools, guidelines, policies, and other supportive investments. After a program, tool, platform or policy has been deployed under the supervision of the domain, the CXCT operations lead takes ownership for its adoption in the market.
The CXCT Adoption Leader has a squad of adoption SPOCs for the key capabilities that have been or will be deployed in the corresponding perimeter.
What you will do?
- CXCT SPOC for operations senior leaders, ensuring CXCT is an 'easy to work with' function for the operations.
- Assessing operations capabilities and competencies around CXCT battlegrounds, based on deep understanding of local market conditions.

- Ensure operational activation plans are in place to drive the adoption of tools, guidelines, policies, and other supportive investments.
- Change agent for transformative CXCT topics at operations level, embedding new ways of working, influencing blueprints and ensuring key battleground resourced are properly allocated in the countries.
- Performance Monitoring for CXCT adoption indicators (KPIs) that have been signed off during the business case.
