The Customer Project Officer (f/m/d) is part of the One Solutions Organization. CPO is securing the right application of the Customer Project Process which regulates the solution business during the selling phase and execution phase. CPO works closely with the project teams and the sales community and is in daily contact with the country decision-makers.

Your IMPACT:
- Ensure full compliance with opportunity progression and validation in line with CPP, CoA, and selling governance, while leading SOC (Solution Opportunity Committee) discussions and preparing structured, standardized SOC outputs
- Collaborate with opportunity teams to secure high‑quality preparation for each SOC gate
- Drive REL (Risk Escalation Level) reviews by steering discussions on project financials, forecasting and early risk identification, delivering consistent and structured REL outputs
- Act as a catalyst for escalating and resolving project issues by engaging the right support, and partner with project teams to ensure consistent execution governance
- Provide data‑driven insights using bFO, GreenBerry, SGV, and other tools to support strategic decisions, and promptly escalate any non‑compliance to enable timely corrective and preventive actions
- Lead win‑loss analysis, share best practices, and conduct trainings on CPP, governance frameworks, and related tools
- Deploy standardized processes and tools to reduce rework, shorten cycle times, improve data quality, and drive adoption of digital and AI solutions in governance practices
Your Profile:
- University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide, influence and motivate teams
- Strong experience working in a solution‑driven environment
- Solid understanding of business dynamics across both the offer and execution phases, with the ability to actively contribute at each stage
- Confident in engaging, challenging, and partnering with stakeholders while inspiring and facilitating change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, and good German language skills would be a great advantage
