Customer Project Leader - Central Engineering

We are looking for a talented and highly organized professional to become part of our team as a Customer Project Leader. This role will be within Central Engineering, focusing on driving and managing large-scale Data Center (DCS) builds and high-volume, strategically important projects from an engineering perspective. The chosen candidate will have the critical responsibility of acting as the central hub for these high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple departments to deliver successful and timely solutions to our key customers.

  • Project manage complex Data Center deployments and large-volume strategic projects strictly from an engineering point of view, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with the overall project scope.
  • Act as the primary orchestrator for high-profile initiatives, directly coordinating between R&D, Customer Deployment (Production), Project Management, Quotation, Sales, Plant Engineering, Plant Production, and Central teams.
  • Drive the lifecycle of strategically important projects by creating comprehensive engineering schedules, maintaining critical path dates, and proactively mitigating bottlenecks across high-volume orders.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold all stakeholders and team members accountable for their deliverables to ensure seamless execution on critical business priorities.
  • Take full ownership of the engineering timeline without constant supervision, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery to the customer at scale.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to formulate successful execution plans that balance internal plant production capabilities, R&D timelines, and external client needs.
