Customer Data Steward - TURCA
Data Steward is responsible for the management of the data in his/her organization with respect to the Guidelines and Quality rules provided by the Data Domain Owner.
The Customer Data Steward is responsible primarily for managing accounts/contacts/consumer objects in the CRM system and customer databases, also she/he is responsible for all other publishers' customer data management in the customer data layer and coordination with relevant stakeholders (data admins/stewards) from other systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Governance & Ownership
- Govern the application of business rules (content & process)
- Owner of the customer data process within his/her perimeter. Main data point of contact within Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Central Asia
- Data Operations
- Perform regular data management activities in relevant systems
- Identify future data migration or integration needs, including new source systems
- Identify pain points in the data lifecycle and processes.
- Ensure data risk management, including security and privacy.
- Data Quality Management
- Manage data in accordance with guidelines and quality rules defined by the Data Domain Owner.
- Monitor Data Quality KPIs and deploy Data Quality Improvement Action Plan.
- Execute data corrections.
- Conduct root cause analysis of known issues and document findings in the knowledge database.
- Lead local action plans to execute data correction programs and prevent recurring issues, and propose improvements to enhance overall data quality
- Collaboration & Engagement
- Attend and actively participate in Global, Middle East, and Africa Data office Cadence meetings, data quality campaigns, and other actions on demand.
- Collaborate with domain stakeholders to align on data quality and governance practices.
You will be a perfect fit if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience working with different types of data
- Understands stakes around security & privacy for Data access
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong skills in data management and analysis.
- com / CRM, Reltio, SAP, ERP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Customer Data Management processes and data governance rules (data quality rules, potential match rules, survivorship rules, and propagation rules) is an added advantage
- Organizational Skills, analytical and synthesis mind
- Well organized and attentive to detail
- Fluency in English and local language
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes & data management
