Credit Management Analyst (Mty, N.L.)

Role Purpose

The Credit Management Analyst supports Schneider Electric's North America Credit Organization by evaluating credit risk, analyzing financial data, and driving process improvements through analytics and automation. This role helps protect cash flow, supports business decisions, and contributes to operational excellence while balancing risk management and business growth.

Location: Mty HUB - Punto Valle.

Hybrid scheme.
Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer credit requests and assess creditworthiness through financial and risk analysis.
  • Provide credit recommendations and support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers to facilitate effective credit decisions.
  • Maintain credit documentation, agreements, and compliance records.
  • Support escalations, collections activities, and exception reviews.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor credit performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate across the Credit team to provide business continuity and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Credit, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or credit management platforms is a plus.
Skills
  • Highly organized and analytical, with strong research and problem-solving abilities. Able to identify relevant information, evaluate findings, and make sound recommendations. (MUST HAVE)
  • Experience with credit approvals for new accounts, annual credit reviews, financial and trade analysis, and preparing credit memos, recommendations, and escalation packages.
  • Advanced English communication skills. (MUST HAVE)
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
