About the Role
The Creative Traffic Manager is a critical member of Schneider Electric's Global Creative Studio - a high ‑ performing internal agency responsible for delivering world ‑ class creative across brand, campaigns, content, video, digital, events, and executive ‑ level communications. You will work as a Client Engagement and Creative Studio Resource Leader.
In this fast ‑ paced, global environment, you will manage the day ‑ to ‑ day movement of all creative work through the studio. You will ensure the right briefs land in the right hands, timelines are realistic and adhered to, workflows are coordinated, and creative teams are set up to succeed.
This role requires exceptional organisation, calm problem ‑ solving, strong partnership skills, and the ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable development paths. You will act as the operational centre of gravity for the studio - enabling efficiency, visibility, and the seamless delivery of high ‑ quality creative at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Intake, Briefing & Prioritisation
- Manage and triage all incoming creative requests from global, regional, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure briefs are complete, aligned to brand and campaign objectives, and include the necessary context for successful execution.
- Clarify strategic intent with requesters and ensure alignment with Schneider Electric's global brand and Advancing Energy Technology campaign direction.
- Prioritise work based on deadlines, strategic impact, creative complexity, region, and available resources.
- Studio Workflow & Traffic Management
- Schedule and route projects through the appropriate creative disciplines (design, copy, video, digital, production, including external agencies).
- Maintain full visibility of project status, bottlenecks, and dependencies across global and regional studio teams.
- Facilitate daily/weekly traffic meetings to ensure clarity, alignment, and rapid issue resolution.
- Track and escalate risks early, offering solutions or alternate pathways.
- Resource Planning & Capacity Oversight
- Monitor team capacity, workloads, and bandwidth across global and regional teams.
- Allocate assignments fairly and strategically to balance demand with capability.
- Be comfortable with data, making data driven decisions.
- Identify resourcing gaps and coordinate additional freelance or vendor support when necessary.
- Collaborate with Studio Operations to forecast future workload patterns and optimise resource planning.
- Cross ‑ Functional & Global Collaboration
- Act as the central operational link between global brand, regional marketing teams, creative teams, production partners, and leadership. This a cross between Traffic and Account Management.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders across time zones.
- Align creative output with Schneider's global brand governance and the evolving Visual Identity.
- Support localisation workflows and ensure regional teams receive clear, consistent direction.
- Governance, Quality & Production Excellence
- Ensure all work follows Schneider's global brand guidelines, VI specifications, legal requirements, and approval processes.
- Maintain workflow discipline and ensure all milestones and review rounds are captured and adhered to.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes, templates, and operating models.
- Systems, Tools & Reporting
- Manage project information within the studio's workflow platform Adobe Workfront.
- Ensure accurate, up ‑ to ‑ date status tracking, resource mapping, and deliverables information.
- Provide reporting on team utilisation, project throughput, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
- Contribute to building consistent ways of working across the global studio network.

Essential
- 4+ years in traffic management, creative operations, project coordination, or studio management.
- Experience working within an in ‑ house agency or global creative function.
- Strong understanding of integrated creative workflows (brand, design, copy, video, digital, production).
- Exceptional organisational and time ‑ management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work calmly and methodically.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and coordinate across regions and seniority levels.
Preferred
- Experience in large, matrixed global organisations.
- Familiarity with enterprise ‑ scale brand governance.
- Understanding of campaign production, localisation, and versioning.
- Experience with project management tools and workflow platforms.
- Comfort working across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
