About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Coordinator to join the Product Marketing organization within our Digital Energy business. This hands-on design role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is excited to create high-quality visual assets that support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement.

In this role, you'll actively design and deliver marketing materials across digital and sales channels, translating big ideas and complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Commercial, and Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in B2B design while building strong foundations in brand standards, accessibility, and creative best practices.
What You'll Own
Hands-On Design & Creative Execution

  • Design and produce visual marketing assets across channels, including:
    • Brochures, one-pagers, sales sheets, and product collateral
    • Presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications
    • Whitepapers, infographics, and thought leadership materials
    • Digital assets for web, email, social, and paid campaigns
  • Translate creative briefs, product positioning, and messaging into polished, on-brand designs.
  • Apply strong visual storytelling to make complex ideas digestible for B2B audiences.
Product Marketing & Launch Support
  • Support product launches and campaigns by delivering timely, high-quality design assets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Launch Marketing teams to align visuals with positioning and go-to-market goals.
  • Design assets that enable sales teams and support customer-facing communications.

  • Ensure all designs meet Schneider Electric Brand Standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy across all materials.
  • Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.
Design Operations & Asset Management
  • Organize and maintain a design asset library, including templates, source files, and approved assets.
  • Support version control and ensure stakeholders are using the most up-to-date materials.
  • Contribute to improving design workflows, templates, and reusable assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and commercial teams to understand design needs and timelines.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and communicate clearly throughout the design process.
  • Balance multiple design requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
You're a Great Fit If You Have
  • 1-3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B or marketing environment.
  • Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy).
  • Experience translating complex or technical concepts into clear visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and eagerness to grow as a designer.


Nice to Have (But Not Required)
  • Experience designing sales enablement or product marketing assets.
  • Exposure to digital marketing design (email, web, social, paid media).
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing or technology products.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and brand design systems.
