Country Pricing Lead

Job Summary:
- The Country Pricing Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies & governance commercial policy to drive profitable growth and market competitiveness in compliance way in the country.
- This is Individual contributor role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
- Reports to Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy Development:
- Design and execute country-specific pricing strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions via global and local digital dashboards and reports.
P&L impact Analysis via monitoring pricing performance:
- Model financial outcomes of pricing strategies including ROI, P&L implications, net sales, and margins.
- Track pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Pricing Governance, Performance Bonus and Channel Compliance:
- Guide the pricing operations team to enforce pricing policies while supporting sales and customers effectively.
- Ensure pricing policies comply with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for pricing decisions and changes.
- Point of Contact for deployment and execution of rules and regulations defined by global corporate.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with different stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, and offer marketing) to ensure pricing strategies support business goals.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deploy pricing initiatives or adopt digital pricing platform,
- Communicate pricing decisions and rationale to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's in business, economics, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy roles.
- Experienced in MNC with matrix organization is a PLUS
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the local market and industry-specific pricing practices.
