Country Channel Manager for Industrial Channels

The Country Channel Manager for Industrial channels is responsible driving the marketing strategy for the Industrial channels and segments in the Country teritory, and business growth through effective marketing strategies tailored to local channel partners, OEMs, SIs, IADs.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and initiatives that drive sales and promote Schneider Electric's products across the strategic channels.
  • Develop and maintain the Commercial Policy, including discount matrix, payment terms, Bonus scheme, MDF usage (if relevant) and criteria for pricing and product alignment
  • Approves direct/indirect customer status based on commerial policy rules.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels and business units, leveraging our strengths and maximizing ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within assigned channels through regular communication, face-to face meetings, joint marketing initiatives, and dedicated support to enhance their sales efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with all sales team in scope to provide marketing support together with marketing team for specific projects or initiatives. Develop marketing strategies across the strategic channels.
  • Generate and propose innovative ideas to optimize channel saturation and effectiveness.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities for targeted personas.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on competitor activity, customer behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Utilize key metrics and feedback to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage the Badge Certification Alliance Program for SI & IAD partners, including defining requirements, benefits, and deliverables, as well as coordinating approvals with business units.
  • Lead Customer Mapping and Segmentation by partner category, collaboration level and growth potential (OEM / SI / IAD).
  • Facilitates and executes Channel AMSP program.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve channel performance and market penetration
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform all other tasks, assigned by the line manager according the employee's qualification and responsibilities.
  • Follow the assigned rules of company's Internal Regulation.
  • Follow all work health and safety instructions and the environment protection responsibility.

Education
  • University degree in Engineering or Marketing
