Continuous Improvement Intern

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Be part of the Structured Contracts Team supporting Schneider Electric's most strategic Data Center customers.

• Help develop and deploy AI models that can answer customer and business questions ranging from simple inquiries to advanced risk analysis.

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and digital tools to create innovative solutions that improve productivity and customer experience.

• Analyze data from multiple systems and help solve reporting, visibility, and data quality challenges across the organization.

• Collaborate with Account Leaders, and Digital teams to deliver actionable business insights.

• Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation.

• You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

• You are comfortable working with large datasets and can draw meaningful conclusions from data.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is preferred.

• You communicate effectively and can present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You are self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working independently on assigned projects.

• You are passionate about continuous improvement and seeking creative ways to enhance processes, systems, and customer experiences.

• You believe in delivering exceptional customer experiences and understand the importance of data-driven decision making.

• You are available to work full-time during the internship period and are local to the listed location.
