Mission
Drive the architecture, evolution, and performance of the global Content Management System (CMS) platform (Builder.io and headless CMS ecosystem), ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with business objectives, enhance digital customer experience, and leverage emerging AI and agentic capabilities.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience in digital platforms, web architecture, or enterprise CMS solutions may be considered
Skills Requirements
• Strong expertise in Headless CMS platforms (Builder.io, Storyblok, Contentful, Adobe AEM, or equivalent) and modern content modeling
• Deep understanding of front-end technologies (React, Next.js, Svelte/SvelteKit, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and component-driven development
• Proven experience in page performance optimization (Core Web Vitals - LCP, CLS, INP, TTFB), caching strategies and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience designing content workflows, approval processes, roles & permissions, and multi-site/multi-channel/multi-language delivery
• Proficiency in API design and integration using REST and GraphQL, including data modeling and documentation
• Awareness of the latest AI trends in CMS - Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, Copilot integrations, and AI-driven content operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
Experience Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in CMS solution architecture, digital platforms, or enterprise web applications
• Proven experience architecting and scaling Headless/Composable CMS platforms (Builder.io preferred)
• Hands-on experience leading front-end architecture and web performance initiatives at enterprise scale
• Exposure to DAM, TMS, personalization engines (e.g. Dynamic Yield, AWS Personalize), and MarTech ecosystems
• Prior involvement in RFPs, vendor evaluations, platform renewals, and roadmap definition
• Experience piloting or integrating AI/Agentic AI use cases within content operations
Responsibilities
• Own and drive the CMS platform architecture, roadmap, and evolution aligned with business objectives
• Define and enforce technical standards for headless CMS implementation, front-end architecture, and integration patterns
• Lead page performance strategy and continuously improve Core Web Vitals across global web properties
• Design and optimize content workflows, governance models, and multi-site/multi-language publishing
• Collaborate with UX, Development, QA, SEO, and Business teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies including Agentic AI, AI agents, and Generative AI for content operations
• Contribute to RFPs, vendor evaluations, and platform renewal negotiations
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering and BA teams

• Driving CMS roadmap execution across multiple business units, regions, and stakeholders
• Balancing time-to-market pressure with architectural rigor, performance, and scalability
• Continuously improving page performance and Core Web Vitals across a large content footprint
• Evaluating and adopting AI/Agentic AI capabilities while maintaining governance and quality
• Managing vendor relationships (Builder.io and others) and aligning them with internal priorities
• Ensuring alignment between UX, Development, and Business teams on architectural decisions
