Commercial Support -Customer Care Agent

Job description
- Manage B2B commercial operations by supporting customers with quotation requests, order processing and modifications, delivery coordination, logistics claims, and the preparation and sharing of commercial and shipping documentation, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Drive the efficient resolution of customer issues, both proactively and reactively, by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (front office, offer managers, and cross-functional teams) to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Provide prompt and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and portal), ensuring full compliance with Commercial Customer Care processes and policies.
- Promote Schneider Electric's digital customer support tools and actively engage customers to adopt and effectively use these platforms.
- Schedule and lead Hyper Care calls with VIP partners, document outcomes through clear and structured Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and track and drive the execution of agreed action plans to ensure timely follow-up and successful delivery.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, languages, or related field
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) ,BFO is a plus
- Experience in customer care, order management, or B2B operations
