About the Role (Job summary):
The Commercial Excellence specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across commercial processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support growth and profitability.
What will you do?
- Commercial Policy Lead
- Establish and execute commercial policies in partnership with global and regional teams.
- Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and commercial governance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
- Serve as a conduit between local operations and global initiatives.
- Training & Enablement
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for commercial teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability development throughout the organization.
- Process Optimization
- Support digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.
- Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and analytics to guide strategic decision-making.
