Purpose of the job:

The purpose of this role is to act as the primary contact and liaison between clients and internal teams for our data-related services, ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and high-quality service delivery.

This role combines client-facing relationship management with analytical capability, requiring strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate data insights into client value.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, responsive, and high-quality communication always
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, including meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation of data services, ensuring a seamless client setup experience
  • Coordinate and monitor ongoing delivery of data services, driving operational excellence and client success

  • This may include, but is not limited to invoice collection, open/close, and payment services
  • Act as the customer service interface between the Global Data Operations team and the client
  • Prepare and deliver clear service updates and insights to clients via Teams presentations, email, and calls
  • Independently or in partnership with clients and/or their Client Managers, identify and resolve customer data issues to promote delivery optimization
  • Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout both implementation and ongoing delivery
  • Other duties as assigned

  • What we need from you:
    • Proven experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer success, account management, client services, or similar)
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - verbal and written; confidence in leading calls and engaging with clients is essential
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain client relationships
    • Confident telephone and virtual meeting presence is a core requirement
    • Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on translating data into client value
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
