Drive Success Through Strategic Sales Relationships! Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales & Account Management Professional where you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape customer relationships and deliver innovative energy management solutions that make a real difference.

The Client Associate role involves taking ownership of selected client accounts while supporting renewals and broader commercial activities across a portfolio. This position is designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance delivery capabilities, and build the skills necessary to progress into a full Client Manager role.

What will you do:

  • Owns existing client relationships, with revenue targets and drives coordination between internal departments and the client, ensuring customer service and satisfaction
  • Participate in structured training programs and initiate self-driven training on the industry and SE offerings
  • Responsible for some client contract renewals and identification of potential upsell opportunities and supports Client Development with identification of cross-sell opportunities
  • Support Client Managers on complex accounts, providing delivery coordination and backup client support

  • Sales Pursuit: Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, anticipate obstacles, and continuously develop negotiation capabilities.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of key business and functional metrics, as well as a growing commercial awareness.
  • Segment and Solution Knowledge: Knowledge of offerings (such as sustainability solutions) and the ability to translate market insights into actionable client strategies.
  • Account and Customer Management: Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, solve problems effectively, and support account planning and execution.
  • Resource Optimization: Strong collaboration with internal teams, including Client Managers and analysts, to improve overall efficiency and deliver outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (Administration, Finance or Sales related)
  • 3+ years of experience in account management and commercial operations, including contract renewals, client development, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Service and Client Facing experience
  • Able to strength relationships with Clients
  • Advanced English Level
  • Able to travel 50% of the time; it is needed to have US VISA
  • Able to work in hybrid scheme
