Als Channel Marketing Manager Electrician (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie für den "Electrician Channel" in der Schweiz. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Produktmanagement, MarCom und weiteren Stakeholdern sorgst Du dafür, dass Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktanforderungen und Unternehmensziele in erfolgreiche Marketing- und Aktivierungsprogramme übersetzt werden. Du bist die Stimme unserer Kunden, entwickelst innovative Go-to-Market-Strategien und trägst aktiv zum nachhaltigen Wachstum unserer Marken, Lösungen und Services bei.

Deine Verantwortung & Mission:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie für unsere Zielgruppe der Elektrofachkräfte in der Schweiz
• Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Markttrends und Wachstumspotenzialen
• Konzeption und Steuerung von Programmen zur Kundengewinnung, Kundenbindung und Aktivierung
• Planung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten für Produkt-, Lösungs- und Serviceeinführungen
• Sicherstellung der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, MarCom und weiteren Stakeholdern
• Definition, Steuerung und Optimierung von KPIs sowie Verantwortung für Marketingbudgets

Dein Mindset:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Channel Marketing, Channel Management, Business Development, Product Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren B2B-Funktion
• Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld sowie im Marketing von Produkten, Lösungen oder Dienstleistungen
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation
• Unternehmerische, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

For this position, the starting annual salary is CHF 108'400 per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
