Channel Marketing Intern

As a Channel Marketing Intern, you will support day‑to‑day marketing operations that strengthen partner relationships, enhance brand visibility, and generate demand for Schneider Electric's Home & Distribution. This role requires someone who is detail‑oriented, able to follow structured and repetitive workflows, work under tight deadlines, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
You will play an important role in supporting promotional activities, campaign execution, pricing updates, and retail merchandising efforts across our distribution and retail channel ecosystem.
What Will You Do?
Channel & Campaign Execution
- Implement channel marketing strategies to support business growth through direct and indirect channel partners.
- Assist in planning and executing collaborative campaigns to promote Power Product offers.
- Help design and roll out integrated marketing campaigns across retail and distribution channels.
- Support promotional pricing activities, offer launches, and AMSP-related submissions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and sales performance data; prepare reports to optimize future strategies.
- Support repetitive data-processing tasks with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Channel Partner Engagement
- Coordinate channel partner events, trainings, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather market information, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Track, measure, and refine campaigns based on real-time feedback and performance.
Retail Merchandising
- Assist in executing retail merchandising activities, including POSM distribution, display setup, refresh cycles, and compliance checks.
- Raise internal requests in Coupa for merchandising-related purchases, materials, services, or vendor support, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support documentation, filing, and tracking of retail materials, images, and execution reports.
- Maintain updated records of merchandising assets
Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle structured, repetitive workflows such as submission tracking, file organization, and documentation updates.
- Support cross-functional requests and communications with internal teams and external partners.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business Administration/Data Analytics/Engineering related or similar
- Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Words/Microsoft Power Points; Good to have Tableau/Power BI
