The Role: Channel Marketing Data and Insight Specialist

What will you do?

• Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly business reviews for channel partners and internal stakeholders, covering sales performance, target achievement, and key retail KPIs
• Perform daily sales tracking and provide incoming and closing sales projections to support business visibility and planning
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out date, partner engagement, campaign impact, and budget utilization (MDF, trade spend, etc)
• Develop and maintain channel performance dashboards and reporting tools for real time insights
• Support Distributor segmentation, sales target setting, and incentive tracking based on historical and live data
• Manage and update distributor Agreements and commercial policies in coordination with channel marketing, legal, BD, and sales
• Lead commercial policy reconciliation to ensure accuracy in pricing, rebates, and program eligibility
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking and timely renewal of distributors contracts.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor Degree of any major
• 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or channel performance roles
• Strong Analyticals and problem solving skill with attention to details
• Proficient in excel and familiar with data visualization tools
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
