We are now hiring interns for our H2 2026 cohort! Internships will start in July 2026 to Dec 2026 Please indicate your exact availability in your application. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

The Role:

What will you do?

  1. Channel Program Support
    - Assist in the execution of channel marketing programs, incentives, and promotions.
    - Support partner onboarding, segmentation, and profiling activities.
    - Help manage partner participation in loyalty or incentive programs.
  2. Campaign Execution & Enablement
    - Coordinate digital and offline campaigns targeting distributors and channel partners.
    - Support content creation for partner newsletters, sales kits, social posts, and product promotions.
    - Work with agencies/vendors on campaign assets, collateral, and event materials.
  3. Partner Engagement & Communications
    - Assist in managing partner communication streams across email, portals, and events.
    - Help organize partner webinars, roadshows, and training sessions.
    - Maintain and update partner contact lists and communication dashboards.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting
    - Monitor campaign performance, partner engagement metrics, and ROI.
    - Support sales & marketing analysis including pipeline, sell-in/sell-out data, and partner performance.
    - Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal teams.
  5. Tools & Systems Support
    - Learn and support usage of Schneider Electric channel tools (partner portals, CRM, marketing automation).
    - Assist in updating partner profiles, content tagging, and asset organization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields.
    • Strong communication and writing skills.
    • Good analytical abilities and familiarity with Excel or data tools.
    • Creative mindset with interest in digital marketing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with design tools
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Interest in sustainability, energy management, or technology.
