What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business studies / Procurement / Supply Chain from a leading educational institution
• Min 5 years' experience in Procurement within an international matrix setting
• Understanding and knowledge of the category, the machined technology
• Experience in shaping strategy, managing suppliers
• Excellent communication and internal/external stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytic skills and understanding of business processes, business acumen
• Ability to navigate in a complex and rapidly changing environment and organization
• Strong negotiation skills, engaging and convincing presence with an eye on achieving our goals
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team cohesion: working towards our common goals and someone other team members can turn to
• Capability of setting priorities, handling multiple tasks
