Location: Kallang
The Role:
- To assist the Distribution team in the areas of Data Analysis with SE internal tools / ERP. This provides the broadening in areas that are deeming to benefit the intern in areas of Professional careers and lifelong learning.
- In-depth understanding of Distribution - spend analysis, price implementation, crisis Management and preparation of process for Professional & Ethical Standard Audit, etc.
- Vendor Master Management - SAP
- Project Management - constant interaction with international suppliers and stakeholders and meeting timeline.
What will you do?
- Data Analysis ( Tableau or Microsoft)
- Preparation of Data for Quarterly Business Review
- Maintain database for Supplier Playbook
- Analysis of spend, ad hoc assigned project
- Annual Negotiation
- Assist in Data cleaning and preparing database for negotiation
- Manage Price Implementation Tracker to ensure that the annual price is implemented on time
- Assist in Preparation of Professional & Ethical Standard audit
- Process improvement within the team
- Compliance of the process flow
- Adhoc Project Management
- Manage weekly crisis with stakeholders and suppliers
- Drive assigned project to meet the timeline and objectives
- Vendor Master management
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science , Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Physics or Business
- Skills/Systems Knowledge:
- With strong IT background especially on excel or Tableau and/or some programming skills
- Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple regions
- Passionate about data processing, analytics and hungry to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate globally
- Strong project management skills to manage the effective implementation
