Business Support Coordinator
Join our Danish Team driving Excellence in Contract Administration and Service Management
We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our Danish team, working closely with colleagues across the Nordic region. This is a key role with a strong focus on contract administration, requiring attention to detail, quality, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
About the Role
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a central role in creating and following up on service orders and service contracts in our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central). You will ensure that all information is accurate and detailed so that our service engineers can perform their tasks efficiently and precisely. You will also act as the link between the sales organization and operations, making sure all information is correctly maintained in the ERP system.
You will oversee the entire order process-from initial placement to final payment.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Registering, updating, and archiving contracts
- Creating service orders
- Managing invoicing and resolving objections
- Performing monthly index updates and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Handling bFO cases and setting up new customers
- Maintaining regular customer communication
You will also be an important point of contact for parts of the sales and service departments in Denmark.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish and good level of English
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or SAP)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge in bFO case handling
- Relevant experience from similar roles
