In dieser Funktion sorgst Du dafür, dass systemunterstützte Geschäftsprozesse (CRM) im engen Dialog mit den Fachbereichen optimiert und abgestimmt werden. Des Weiteren implementierst Du Dashboards und übernimmst den Support sowie das Coaching unserer internen Stakeholder.

Dein IMPACT:
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Vertriebsprozessen sowie Ableitung effizienter Lösungen
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Workflows und Prozessen im CRM-System Salesforce
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Dashboards und datenbasierten Auswertungen
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen
  • Analyse, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen internationaler Stakeholder im DACH-Raum
  • Beratung, Schulung und Support von Anwendern und Key Usern rund um Salesforce


Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder Technik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Sales Excellence-Konzepten sowie im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie Erfahrung im Reporting und der Datenanalyse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

For this position, the starting annual salary is EUR 70.320 per year and includes a variable component. It applies to candidates who meet the requirements of the role. The stated figure refers to full-time positions, and salary ranges are aligned with market benchmarks.
