ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST

Buscamos un perfil orientado a la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente, con foco en gestión de portafolio y resolución ágil de requerimientos para Colombia, Ecuador y Venezuela.

Principales desafíos del rol:

  • Gestionar y optimizar el portafolio de clientes, garantizando disponibilidad, mejoras continuas y respuestas ágiles.
  • Actuar como embajador de confianza frente a clientes internos y externos.
  • Asegurar respuestas y resolución de solicitudes en los tiempos establecidos.

Responsabilidades clave:

Analizar el portafolio de clientes y accionar sobre barreras operativas:
  • Pedidos bloqueados o con cartera antigua (+8 meses)
  • Referencias fuera de comercialización
  • Órdenes vencidas o con oportunidades de parcialización

Gestionar reclamos y solicitudes: reprogramaciones, cancelaciones, mejoras de fecha y pedidos vencidos.

Actualizar pedidos según órdenes de compra en tránsito.

Coordinar soluciones ante referencias discontinuadas y novedades de importación (faltantes, daños, etc.), en conjunto con áreas clave.

Realizar seguimiento a compromisos con clientes y asegurar su cumplimiento.

Impulsar la mejora continua a través de proyectos y del sistema SPS.

Qué buscamos?
  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Empresas
  • Conocimientos en cadena de abastecimiento
  • Manejo de SAP y Excel (nivel avanzado)
  • Perfil analítico, resolutivo y con fuerte orientación al cliente
  • Inglés deseable
