We're now looking for Business Offer Manager who will lead our low-voltage mo tor protection and control products, for the Korean market .

What will you be responsible for ?

  • Acting as the primary business owner for the motor protection and control portfolio, defining and executing product marketing strategies.
  • Developing and implementing annual business, marketing, and growth plans to drive profitable portfolio performance.
  • Defining pricing strategies, monitoring execution, and driving revenue, margin, and market share growth.
  • Partnering closely with sales, channel, and industry teams to achieve strategic business objectives .
  • Conducting market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making in pricing, forecasting, portfolio performance, and competitive positioning.
  • Delivering product training, sales enablement, and customer presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading product lifecycle management, including product launches, transitions, and withdrawals.


What will help you to be successful?
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Additional qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Management are an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, offer management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, portfolio management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with motor control and protection solutions, including EOCRs, motor starters, contactors, motor protection circuit breakers and overload relays.
  • Understanding of industrial applications such as Semiconductor, Battery & EV, water & wastewater, HVAC, pumping, manufacturing, and infrastructure is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the South Korean industrial automation and motor control market is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Korean and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
