- About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with 7-8 years of experience to support our Project Management Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will transform business data into meaningful insights for facilitating data-based business decisions, develop KPIs and Business Scorecard, and build actionable dashboards and reports for BU leadership, using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, detail-oriented, analytical, is comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders, and is passionate about turning data into strategic business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- KPI Development & Performance Reporting
- Work with Project Management and Procurement teams to define, design, and maintain KPIs.
- Analyze project and procurement data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop performance scorecards and management reports for leadership review.
- Dashboarding & Visualization
- Create interactive, insightful dashboards and reports using:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- PowerPoint (data-driven presentations)
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, easy-to-understand, intuitive, and aligned with business requirements.
- Automate report refresh cycles and enhance data visualization quality.
- Data Management & Analysis
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal systems (ERP, PM tools, procurement tools).
- Build data models and perform root-cause analysis for performance deviations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, Procurement Specialists, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data needs.
- Translate business requirements into analytical outputs and recommendations.
- Present insights and data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current reporting processes and propose enhancements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by simplifying and standardizing data workflows.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards that enable predictive and prescriptive insights.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience with Power Query, DAX, or Python for data analysis.
- Exposure to project management or procurement analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Oracle, Jira, ServiceNow, or procurement systems.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, data visualization principles, and dashboard design best practices.
- Ability to analyze datasets, perform trend analysis, and interpret insights.
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
