Your IMPACT

As a Business Finance Manager within the Business Finance Competency Center, you will lead a team supporting financial activities across supply chain, manufacturing and equipment-related operations.

You will play a key role in steering performance, improving transparency and driving transformation of finance processes and tools. This role combines people leadership, business partnering and operational finance expertise, with direct influence on decision-making and efficiency across the organization.

You will help build a reliable, data-driven and scalable finance environment, supporting both operational excellence and long-term business objectives.

What you will do



Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence
  • Lead, develop and empower a team of Business Finance analysts within the Business Finance Competency Center.
  • Drive clarity of priorities, ensure effective resource allocation and consistent delivery quality
  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous development


Performance Steering & Financial Oversight
  • Oversee financial activities across manufacturing, costing and logistics performance, ensuring accuracy and business relevance
  • Drive performance tracking through KPIs, variance analysis and forward-looking insights
  • Identify risks and opportunities, supporting cost optimization and operational efficiency
  • Ensure delivery of reliable, timely and insight-driven reporting in line with Group requirements


Strategic Business Partnering
  • Support tactical and operational decision-making through actionable financial insights
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and recommendations


Transformation & Change Leadership
  • Contribute to the Finance Transformation roadmap (digitization, simplification, standardization)
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes and ways of working


Data, Tools & Governance
  • Ensure effective and optimal use of finance systems (SAP, BI, reporting tools)
  • Contribute to the evolution of Group reporting and consolidation tools
  • Strengthen data governance, data quality and compliance across scope


Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Promote a culture of standardization, efficiency and best practice sharing
  • Encourage adoption of a data-driven and digital mindset within the team and across stakeholders


What we are looking for

  • Several years of experience in finance (controlling, financial planning and analysis, or business finance), ideally in an international environment
  • Experience in managing a team or a clear track record of leading projects, initiatives or stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, performance management and reporting cycles
  • Experience supporting operational areas such as manufacturing, supply chain or costing will be a significant advantage
  • Exposure to transitions, shared services or competency center environments, or participation in transformation initiatives
  • Ability to work with complex data and translate it into practical insights that support decision-making
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and contributing to discussions around performance, risks and priorities
  • Good judgement and ability to balance accuracy with business needs and timelines
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting tools (ERP systems, business intelligence solutions, advanced Excel)
  • Understanding of data structures, reporting logic and dependencies across processes
  • Experience in process improvement, standardization or automation initiatives
  • Interest in digital tools and ability to adapt to evolving systems and ways of working
  • Fluent English

  • Ability to navigate complexity and bring structure and clarity
