Business Finance Controller

What will you do?

• Manage and supervise a team of 4-5 people, ensuring proper administration and coordination of activities.
• Lead the Transfer Pricing strategy and ensure compliance with global financial policies.
• Analyze costs and manufacturing processes to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, including controllers and cluster controllers.
• Introduce new ways of working, driving automation and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate on financial transformation projects, ensuring adaptability to change.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Controller in manufacturing environments.

• Experience in personnel management and team leadership.
• Ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders and lead improvement initiatives.
• Preferred experience in automation and financial transformation projects.
