Business Finance Controller

What will you do?
- Manage and supervise a team of 4-5 people, ensuring proper administration and coordination of activities.
- Lead the Transfer Pricing strategy and ensure compliance with global financial policies.
- Analyze costs and manufacturing processes to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, including controllers and cluster controllers.
- Introduce new ways of working, driving automation and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate on financial transformation projects, ensuring adaptability to change.

- Ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders and lead improvement initiatives.
- Preferred experience in automation and financial transformation projects.
