Business Finance Controller - DC Evreux F/M

This strategic position, based at our Évreux site, aims to strengthen the financial performance of the logistics function while ensuring compliance and transparency of results.
You will be a true partner to operational and financial teams, with an end-to-end view of the flows linked to the entity.

Your Role:
Reporting to the Site Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the financial management of logistics.
You will be the main contact for the Finance Front Office and Logistics teams, ensuring mutual understanding of challenges and appropriate cost allocation.

• Be a Business Partner to support teams,
• Support transformation initiatives,
• Have a global view of logistics and financial flows.

• Contribute to monthly closing activities,
• Reconcile economic data with payroll,
• Participate in target setting, planning and decision-making,
• Prepare quarterly Business Reviews in coordination with departments,
• identify and implement structural savings plans,
• Analyze variances between Actuals and Forecasts.

• Drive action plans to achieve targets,
• Work with managers to analyze and communicate the financial impact of initiatives,
• Support decisions on high value-added areas,
• Develop economic awareness within the entity.

• Holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or Industrial Engineering,
• You have a successful first experience in controlling or business partnering (5 years minimum), ideally in a logistics or industrial environment.

• Excellent analytical and judgment skills,

• Ability to identify risks and propose action plans,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP (SAP, Oracle...) and BI tools (Tableau...),
