We are looking for Business Finance Analyst - Project Controlling

Location & commitments:

  • Full-time job
  • Hybrid job model (Warsaw office)

Responsibilities :
  • Reporting, Monitoring & Escalation and Closing
  • Provide monthly project and portfolio reporting and analysis, ad-hoc reports as required, including, but not limited to forecasting and variance analysis, and split at organizational unit level (Profit Center)
  • Track and monitor the core financial and none-financial project elements (e. quality, time and cost)
  • Analyze trends and deviations in performance - Compare planned objectives, requirements, risks, schedules and budgets against what is actually being delivered
  • Ensure proper allocation of project costs by tracking internal and external purchasing and labor costs
  • Support Internal Closing of the Project improving system performance and efficiency (especially during period-end closing) and eliminating financial risks linked to open and pending balance sheet items
  • Partner with Local, Regional, and Global teams to provide financial support in terms of data stewardship, metrics, analysis, reporting and compliance

R equirements:
  • Relevant experience in relevant field: FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, Accounting
  • Bachelor's or master's degree (finance, accounting, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels.
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making.
  • Good problem solving, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details.
  • IT skills: advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge, MS Office.
  • Good English command
  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for continuous improvements & change management
