The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager - Industrial Software, you will drive growth in the industrial software sector, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions to meet customer needs. This role is pivotal in expanding market presence and achieving business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the industrial software domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
About You
You'll have proven experience in business development or sales within industrial software or related sectors. Your ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions will set you apart.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and digital transformation technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
